Once your project is greenlighted, 4 Alpha will guide your clinicians and stakeholders through our Equipment Planning Process. Working closely with your internal team and the Design Team, 4 Alpha orchestrates Medical Equipment specific meetings to review the latest design, workflow, standard practices, equipment needs, and design impact. Maintaining fluid communication throughout the design planning phases is key to ensure the Project Plan and Equipment Plan have no gaps or overlaps. Attention to detail is something we pride ourselves on at 4 Alpha. Once design planning has concluded, 4 Alpha delivers all Budget Summaries, Equipment Specifications, and Room by Room Equipment list to the Design Team. 

Procuring medical equipment for the new projects can be burdensome on Supply Chain staff members. Lead times, schedules, and additional workload may not be an option for a department that does not have the staff to complete the request. 4 Alpha understands this, and we are able to take majority of this burden from your team. With a finalized equipment list, we work with your vendors to quote out the medical equipment for your project. If needed, we can assist with terms and negotiations on your behalf. Working side by side with your Supply Chain, we can submit all necessary documentation or your team to review and issue a Purchase Order. 4 Alpha will submit the PO to the vendor and monitor shipment and delivery of the equipment.
